Because most people dont like cilantro they say it takes like soap so they leave it out of the salsa. And yes everything extra is an additional charge here
TexMex salsa does not have cilantro. I've been eating TexMex for 50 years. Cilantro started showing up in salsa about 20 years ago.

It should have been in there, they have crappy service and food. I liked it til i found they didn't make the cut with health department. I no longer recommend this restaurant.👎
You are correct,I don't recall paying extra?Maybe your waiter pocketed the extra.If not standard should be.
