Yes they have smoking rooms

I live a block or so from this hotel. My sister in law and her husband recently stayed there. I'm not aware of smoking rooms, but take it from a guy who's travelled the world; get a room with a balcony and use an empty paper cup filled 1/3 up with water for an ashtray. Your room won't stink of tar, just another benefit. Of course, this just theoretically speaking; would never suggest doing that for real.
