I'm sure it wasn't there finest hour. But if you go to busy places on odd hours like not at open or lunch or close to closing you more likely to have a lot better experience. I'm glad I haven't had this lack of customer respect.
More of a statement than a question. Google guides are consumers like you and not employees but I feel your pain. Had better customer service before they moved to North side. Seems like they have less people to help. Must have spent their money on new building and rent. But if you want what they have, they are only cable service. Like so many corporate business the only care about your dollar not you or your service.
