Hi Tilah! This is Sunshine, one of the piercers at 2Xtremes! Honestly, depending on how much the jewelry is shifted, it may return to the original placement without any complications. The best thing would be to visit our shop so we can take a look and see how severe it is and we can judge whether or not if it may heal without extra assistance. Sea salt rinses are a great idea, although depending on how much the jewelry has shifted is going to depend on if it will heal properly and return to the original placement. I would definitely stop by our shop ASAP so we can take a look and help determine what further actions to take.
Yea just try sea salt water rinse & don't touch it to much
