I have been trying to get my car serviced for over two months but they keep rescheduling my appointment. I am sure my warranty will expire before I get the service I need. If you're thinking about buying a Tesla, don't. I'll never buy another Tesla.

First time having service here and it was smooth as butter. Tbh it's all in the app and if you do whats instructed and keep track in the app, you don't even really need to engage with many humans. The response to my little emergency was super quick too which I appreciated.

Update 10/6/22 This Tesla service center continues to impress. My Model 3 with over 100,000 miles on it had a rear motor failure. The staff here got me fixed and on the road with a new motor in a very short time. This was during a period of a very strained supply chain. Thank you Wes and the rest of the staff for taking care of me. Tesla took great care of me. Problem with my Model 3 resolved quickly and effectively.

paint factory defects. Just like most review. Tesla seems does not perform diligent Quality check before the shiping the car to customer. I love the car, it fun to drive. But car finishing and delivery and service are. It seems the car is not go thru Quality Assurance.!!! This is expensive car, I expected to have good QA before ship it. We went to Tesla to fix it. It took 2 appointment. The 1st appointment just to schedule another appointment. The estimate almost 10 days to fix the paint. During that time they do not provide lone car. only give $100 uber coupon @ day which will expire by the end of day. What we can do with $100 uber. just do 1 pp to office. I can not go to grocery store and other activity. Even not expensive car dealer give loaner car when the do service !!!

Yes, they close at 7pm
Everything goes through the Tesla app. They are very responsive
Both
Yes of course but not public. They charge cars in service
Yes, but you can also use local tire shops. I like Discount Tire. Tesla Mobile Service might bring you a loaner tire/wheel in the interim.
When you make an appointment for Service, let them know you need a loaner. They try to get you a Tesla, but sometimes it will be a 3rd party vehicle.
I had a rattle noise coming from the seat belt area. They took the car in and fixed that no questions asked. Gave me a loaner for the day since it would take longer than expected. Excellent service.
