Yes, Scheels in The Colony does have an FFL and can receive guns in. There is a charge to transfer the firearm if it is the customer’s property or transferring from another dealer. Please contact the gun department at the store for more details. Thank you!
I believe so when I asked them if I could have a gun shiped there they said yes. However I did not try it.
