Is there a spot where no babies or children are allowed. I can't stand enjoying a delicious dinner then a baby starts crying or children are being loud or running around the facility ? UNACCEPTABLE .

Your house, take it to go, there you can control who comes and goes.

On a general note, I have not observed many small children eating in the evening hours here. When making your reservation ask to not be seated near small children and see if they can accommodate you.
