0 out of pocket cost with insurance and federal program for uninsured*.If patient do not have insurance medical center will ask state id or driver license to submit cost to federal govt in case of uninsured.I have attached brochure in photos. Please have a look.

For rapid and PCR testing, it is $0 Out-of-pocket cost with insurance and federal program for uninsured. All COVID19 testing will be at our other location, 18438 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, TX 75287.
