No. You would have to have the kids dropped off by yourself or someone else. They don't do any kind of pick up. It's really a drop in daycare for whenever you need them (doctor appointment during the day, or date nights for example)
I can be ma'am, but you or another guardian must drop them off and pick them up with the affiliated time.
