YES- ask the guys at scales 1st, but they do sell to public. Went here when nobody would sell to public in Garland, all stating insurance liability issues. I've been charged anywhere from double to quadruple what they buy it for although they say only charge double. Either way, still some good deals. Heavy traffic n quicker scrap turnover so different finds regularly
