They told me that they rarely ever cancel for bad weather unless there are high winds or lightening. For my 21st birthday party on the party bike last year it rained! We were all given ponchos and we had drenched hair and clothes, but we all had a blast. Bad weather happens. Just gotta make the best of it :)
Ours was cold since it was November for my 28th birthday. You can park close to where ou start and end, so you can leave things you dont need in your car, but there is always a middle comparment where you can out extra things on the bike if needed. We put our jackets there when we didnt need them ... right next to the beer :)
