I intended to leave this review last year. I am disgusted by the greediness of this company. I originally worked with Delores in 2020 at the start of the pandemic. My vision was to celebrate my mother's 50th birthday. The date was pushed back because of the capacity issues. Then we lost my grandmother so I needed to push the date back again. The final date was set for June 5, 2022; however, I lost my mother on May 27th. When I reached out to Delores to completely cancel the event she refused to offer a refund of any kind and I had already given them $1,800! Then she had the nerve to tell me that "this is a Christian company" Lady please...I am highly disappointed and angry about not only losing the money, but the lack of empathy!
