Never have heard of anyone getting sick from the food. 25% chance of someone drinking to much alcohol and getting sick from too much fun but not the food.
I was there with 7 of my friends and we have been staying at high altitude and really didn't really feel so good; However good band and really good food; Very happy to have stopped at the Lariat we all left and felt better afterwards. That high altitude is hard on the body !
This place is great, awesome environment, and good food! I strongly disagree to your statement. 25% chance that anyone would get sick, just from leaving your home.
