No they are not, atleast not the last time I went.
I'm not real familiar with Celiac other than those who have it need gluten-free recipes. I'm not sure if they have this as an option.....like Applebee's had a section on their menu for weight watchers....Campuzano's has amazing food....grilled chicken with onions and peppers, avocados and cheese. You can order flour or corn tortillas but I am pretty sure they aren't gluten-free.....just really good. :)
