Good thing is its already made and fresh. You pick what you want and add vegetables and pick your dessert or salad too. What I like most is they slice the ham, pork or beef from a fresh hot slab, right in front of you. Not a buffet, but...free refills on drink and free icecream.
The food is in a warmer. You get in line, they cut the meat in front of you. Pick your veggies and don't forget the banana pudding!!!

You walk in, get in line (some times theres a line, some time there isn't), order what you want, pay and then sit where you want.
