Sounds like communication mix up. Fill out a complaint form, then talk to the store general manager ... That should resolve the issue. If not, contact corporate customer service.
Go to the store manager, if that will not work , go on line and to their corporate site and tell them. It will trickle down, there is no excuse for them to be rude.

No we got there around 12 and said needed One tire and please dont lock car cause computer is messed up! Went to eat at subway there and little while then tgey said its fixing! The automotive manager put down Two tires and wanted to charge me for it! I argued with her and said it only needed One! Then she didnt write down to have them Not lock the car! Finally a locksmith came and opened it! I understand human error but apologize for messing something up! She offered no apologies and they possible lost 10-12 peoples business! Im debated ever trusting Walmart with my car again
If its something that pertains to harassment of any sort i would definitely go to the police....
You can go see or call the woman in charge, mrs beverly, or the one next in line or to police station or both to cover the basis of the incident
