There SHOULD BE SOMEONE ON TO ANSWER THE PHONE 24-7 AFTER ALL that's when they are open. They tend to forget exactly who pays THEIR bills
It depends on the time you call if it is late in the evening the service desk answers
On most days the customer service area closes at 8pm. Once the night shift starts at 10pm there's almost nobody at a phone. Break times are 12-12:15, 2-3, and 5-5:15. During those times no one is at a phone.
