Spca can get you started on a adoption.. I'd suggest checking on all surrounding countries/cities before final decision before adoption.. You can do that online.
They do not have dogs or cats for adoption at S&S. They specialize in exotic animals like snakes, lizards, birds, and some exotic mammals.
They don't sell dogs here.
