When I went they staff wore masks (correctly!and provide sanitizer at the door. Signs stated customers must wear mask and the only other customer I saw was also wearing a mask.

The store doesn't do neutering. They rin a special from a mobile vet, once a year. I suggest going to the spay neuter clinic in Scott. They are well below price of other vets, and they don't run a production line so your pet is in good hands. They can also do vaccinations.
