My bearded dragon has about a 2-cm said that won't come off on her tail and on her legs all around is that normal and also at the end of her tail is just black and it looks like it's his skin covering up this is been about 2 or 3 months is she ok

The black thing can just be a birth mark. Not sure bout the other thing. Mabye just give it some assistance with taking it off.
