Going through a crisis in our lives with my family and finances. I was told to call this organization. I don’t know whom the lady was who called me back. But she was very aggressive, mean and very cold and disconnected. She has no place being there talking to people going through a crisis. She only made me feel as though this life is hopeless and that no one cares. Why even try to work at a place to help people if you hate people. I was treated like a criminal, when my only fault was that I’m an orphan and 9 months pregnant and had to miss so much work due to complications. Very disgusted in the manner I was spoken to. I hope that she never has to go through such hardships that she has to ask someone for help. I will never send anyone to them for help. She would only encourage others to give up. She definitely made me feel like I should.
