He is not a vet.. we repeatedly see his patients he has wrongfully diagnosed pretending being a vet. This person needs to be reported he has even got to the point of doing surgeries on animals. Please go to a real Vet !!!

Your right! And he's moving locations, he loves pets and is certified in some areas but he should not be performing surgical procedures.
Please refer your concerns to the Harris county spca dept.
