You are able to either walk in and wait for a technician to assist you or call ahead and make an appointment to get in and out more quickly. Either way, someone will assess the issue and likely replace your AirPod for you.
I don't know what a airPod is but ypu should. call and make an appointment as they are usually pretty busy.
