HI Julie, If you need your battery replaced I suggest making an appointment with Apple first. I did this last week and they told me that the battery wasn’t in stock and that they were waiting on a shipment... I called Apple yesterday and they said my battery was in... after going into the store today and waiting 2 hours (because I didn’t make an appointment) with my 3 year old, I was told that they did NOT in fact have my battery in and it wouldn’t be another month before they were probably going to have them in stock... on top of that since there are so many other people waiting on batteries you aren’t guaranteed a battery! Moral of the story is make appointments and don’t take their word!

If you are calling when you mean you cant be connected, I suggest go in person so they cant ignore you that easily. Any questions you can have can be cleared up AT the appointment. They ARE very busy, especially at this time of the year.
I suggest calling them and explaining the situation. If you would like someone to walk through it with you, I would go in and explain to them in person why you are frustrated and ask them how you can fix it. They have amazing customer service normally.
