They should as long as you can handle stocking.
I know they can't discriminate on age but if it were to make u unable to do a job in a timely manner I believe that if u can get around good and ur in good health apply the worst they can say is no
Just as anywhere else, it all depends on what they require of you and what you have to offer them. Yes, it is unlawful to discriminate because of age, but like every where else, if that poses an issue in some way to a company, they know how to create excuses to not hire. SO, I believe that your real questions are.....do they have older employees working in the store, what do they do, and what are the requirements of them to ensure being hired. It would be best for you to ask like aged ALDI employees this question if you don't want to just go to the store and fill out an application for a job.
A person has to be able to do the work duties to work at any given place. Your age isn't a limiting factor; you just have to be willing and able to do all of the required tasks efficiently and effectively.
There's no reason they wouldn't. That would be age discrimination. Unless any of your working restrictions didn't match up with what they needed at the times they're hiring, you wouldn't need to worry.
Im sure they would, they cant discriminate against the elderly.
