I got my car the guy joshua sold me car knew nothing bout the car i drove it fell in love with new camry yall watch out for people like him he will tell u one thing and do another they sold my friend a truck and she cant get it financed anywhere else they say she is in a hole on the new truck watch out for the new cars i wont buy from him again another bad salesman he is just like weston and peters no good they will over price u to get u in the car please watch out for him never again and him and finance manager i ask Then before i bought the car if they do referral i was told yes and after calling 100 time now they dont do referral fee i ahoulf of went to dallas and bought my car worst place to buy a car is toyato of longview

Stay away. Purchased a used vehicle with cash, I'm supposed to have my title within 30 days of paying buy cash. 45 plus days have passed and no title,called and they said they don't even have it yet and that they have to give me an extended black tag. That is illegal to sell a car without having the title cleared. I will be filing a complaint with the Tx DMV and Tx attorney general Ken Paxton's office. Carvana is under lawsuits galore for this very deceitful practice. Dishonesty at it's best.

stopped to look at a tacoma; 2 just alike were sitting alone out in far lot. salesman greeted me and i said i was there to look at the white tacomas; he said which ones (we were standing within touching distance of the trucks in question). i said these. he said those are sold. i left. first, they usually put a brag tag in them and move them elsewhere if they are sold and if so then what happened to, "you're welcome to look at these but they are sold." he was rude and arrogant. cash buyer here who will not return.
