Are dogs on leash allowed in the 28th street store?

I do not think so. Unless they are a service dog.

I believe that Home Depot changed their policy for all stores to only service dogs allowed.

All dogs are allowed at 28th street store as long as they are on a leash and not aggressive.

Lately I feel the answer is correct also.
