Hello Brady. Yes for the personal training we start you right from scratch. It's actually better if you have no experience because you are pretty much an open slate. For the one-on-one personal training you can always try out a lesson first to see if you like it, the cost for that is $20. But feel free to come in and look around before making any decisions.
