I keep having problems getting through to make an appointment. It keeps saying that this number cannot except call at this time. This is not the first time I've had this issue.

That just means that they are helping another person in need keep calling it will go through when they are off the phone... It has happened to me as well

Are you dialing a number( 602) 867-9228. I didn't know that you had to have a appointment to be seen when I went I just want it to get food. I down this number twice before I gave it to you but I'm assuming this is the number that I answer tied up as busy. But if you want you can try it again later.
