I am looking for great places to watch the sunrise in the city or right out of the city of Sioux Falls. I live by 49th and Louise, and the closer the better but I’m willing to drive a little ways to finally be able to see it w/o it being blocked.

The Falls are definitely worth the drive. There's no cost, just park and enjoy the sights!
