I think it depends on what apartments you want them to deliver to. Some stores do this to try to decrease the chance of the driver being robbed.
Hi dominos employee here! We stop delivering around 7 pm to apartments not registered into the system. If you have ordered before, it should be in the system. If you are in the system you can order delivery, but they can only bring your order to the office after 7 pm.
