Is the large dog pond full? I was here last week and it only had a few feet of water in it.. If not when will it be filled?

The sign there says pools closed for maintenance on Fridays But honestly I've only seen it full once. Honestly dont think they keep up with it.

They close the bark park every Monday for maintenance of the pool and the yard
