What are the rules regarding bikers and walkers in this park? There is a cyclists on an all terrain bike that rides fast along the walk/running track and doesn't even attempt to slow down or go wide across the grass when passing me and dogs.

I haven't a clue I only like being in the park resting I am somewhat disabled and can't walk walk dogs ride bikes Etc
