Usually an hour before. We got there around 10:20 am on a Sunday. Probably about 15 to 20 people ahead of us.
Usually people start lining up an hour before open. Going on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday when school is in session seems to be your best bet for the shortest line.
About 11 am to 11:30 am - moves fast!
