I got a flat tire first thing this morning. I was skeptical about this specific Firestone after reading some reviews. I have nothing but good things to say. Heidi was very friendly, and took care of me right away. She even offered a new battery key fob since mine was low! As a waited, a lady came in and needed help with her inspection sticker on her windshield. She could of simply told the lady they peal off super easily and just slap the new one on there. But she went out of her way to take off the old one, even cleaned her windshield up glass cleaner and put a new on. It was nice to see after all the horrible reviews I read. I would definitely come back to this location.
