Anyone else have to wait for an hour and a half only to be told they needed x-rays that you got from you're dentist the day before? I have regular AND 360°, but had to reschedule because "the machine broke as soon as you walked in the door."

My husband brought his xrays from the dentist the day before, they made him get all new xrays...and he waited for an hour,told to come back the next day for surgery, and they emailed him that night cancelling his surgery...3 sick days wasted!

Rare occurrence. Sounds like unlucky timing truthfully. This place is very organized and courteous, definitely was not due to laziness or malicious intent.
