Why noone want answer the phone in the warranty department? I have been call this place for a month and it keep going to the voicemail. I need information about this warranty I have on the Chevrolet cruz, and its about to expire pls respond asap

It might be a good idea to just go to the dealership and speak to them in person. If you can't get ahold of them on the phone that is. If you go in person. Someone will be more than happy to speak to you.
