Never mind the user name, my car is currently up there and I should have read the reviews before taking it up there. The white 2018 Hyundai Elantra.. I contacted the person that they told me to contact if I had any questions.. I didn’t receive an answer.. I took it up there for a simple diagnostic. The car just hit 46k miles.

This place is terrible! The staff are irresponsible and unprofessional. They promised to get back to me regarding my car’s inspection within a day but would not pick up the phone what so ever . I left voicemails, text messages and tried calling the receptionist multiple times and she would just send me straight to voicemail. I understand there was an internet outage for a couple of hours but all the other departments were answering phone calls except for the service department. I also asked to speak to a manager multiple times and that would also go straight to voicemail. I'm very disappointed at the way they handled the situation and would not recommend this place at all.

Wasn't bad here at all. Wife and I walked through the door and were greeted immediately. We said we were looking for a certain vehicle, unfortunately it was not available there. So we did a little more looking around and test driving and actually found something that was better than what we were looking for. Folks were very courteous and kind and answered every question or concern we had. I found it pretty awesome they had a very large selection on the lot as compared to other places we had been. Our experience was awesome no pressure no fuss no muss.

They are extremely rude and conceited in the service section. You are nothing but an inconvenience to them. Don't take my word for it, go in and get served by a guy called Dillon. Secondly, get ready to be fleeced. They tell you $167 for inspection and then charge you $189 and claim charges apply. They are extremely unhelpful and dismissive. On second thought, don't go in there for the sake of your sanity.

New cars always comes with 2 keys , some used cars are sold with 1 key , ask your sales person for a second key some keys are expensive, you should always ask for 2 keys when buying a used car. I have over 30 years experience in New car dealership service department
