Tables are separated by using one and keeping the other tables nearest empty. The servers are masked and gloved. Even the salad is made by a server that is covered head-to-toe. Because of that there is never direct human touching the bread and salad bar, barehanded.
Tot is doing that. Tables are distanced and they even have cut outs of people at the enpty table. It's pretty clever. We just there in early August and everything was super clean and very well maintained. Love this place and the staff!!
In addition to stringent cleaning procedures, air purifiers, and daily sanitizing with foggers, we have our tables sufficiently spread our. We are better able to accommodate social distancing because our restaurant is so large.
