I don't recall picnic tables. I'm not certain whether a blanket picnic setting is allowed on grassy areas. However, I believe you could use the bench theater/stage seating to host your picnic! I believe there are also park benches around there you could utilize for a picnic if available. This would be a great spot for a picnic. You might also want to consider a short walk to Herman Park Dr. & the McGovern Centennial Gardens as your picnic spot. Gorgeous location & I believe there are tabels and chairs at one end of the rectangular reflection pond and fountains.
