They have designated bike trails and the paved areas are safe for blading. Just stay to the interior of the park loop 👍🏼

Most trails in memorial are gravel. But there are some areas you could roller skate: Picnic loop would be best. Or there is a semi long trail outside the arboretum paved well. Buffalo bayou park is more roller skate friendly.

There are plenty of areas to skate and bike. Mainly inner loop. The walk/run trails are marked so you know which areas to stay out of if you're on wheels. But be careful because the same areas where people skate or blade are also areas where cyclists move pretty fast. It's easy to have an accident.
Pick Nick loop is a good bet. It's sometimes close to vehicles. Not much traffic anyhow. That's the other side of memorial from the jogging trail
I don't think wheels are allowed on the trail... I think it's for running/walking only
Buffalo Bayou Park has a long continuous paved trail and it's close to Memorial Park.
No just saw for bike's and running in the park.
When I was there I saw plenty of paved walkways, not sure if there’s any restrictions on bikes or rollerblades… I’d bet you’re good to roll.
So much of the park is under construction, so I am not sure.
