They are not open as of 1pm on Tuesday, 29th, Just drove there. The Target is also closed. Kroger off of Space Center is open but the line is long.

I just asked my friend who works at Walmart at Eldorado, she said that It's closed and she doesn't know when it's going to be opened.
The last I knew the Walmart in friends or what was going to be close for a while the LaPorte Walmart is closed at this point and the Pasadena Walmart was open yesterday I don't know yet about today the lines were long
