It's seasonal, but very tasty... call ahead to make sure they have some, which is plentiful during the spring and early summer months.

For Texas the crawfish is good. But it is seasonal. Crazy Alan's Swamp Shack has crawfish year round, but only do it some days of the week when it's out of season. Crawfish in a hurry these are both good places. But when it's crawfish season, drive over the border into Lousiana and find one of the crawfish shacks on the side of the road. It will blow your mind
