The Giant Welcome Center and Museum, across the parking lot, has bathrooms and water fountains. It is now open.
I didn't notice any but there is a Dairy Queen right next to it.

They are building a new Green Giant visitors center that might have restrooms, but that won't be complete for quite some time yet. As mentioned, the Dairy Queen, Bomgaars, McDonalds, etc have them until then.
