They take so damn long in the drive through its so bad of a wait and there management is also garbage and has no care for customers these people need to habe a smile on there face and they never do

Indeed.. they are the worst. Tremendously slow. Makes no sense.... bad management.

Super slow. If you ask them for something fresh its cold by the time you get to window. 20mins later. They stop making certain products by 10p.m. The associates look upset all the time and sometimes rude. But thr General Manager is the most unprofessional manager i have ever met. He is rude and will lie and say thr is not a button for that. Just not to make things right. He speaks of change for the last year but nothing has happened. Change should start from the top. If you want to give feed back, they give you a number that doesn't work. Right before they close 15mins they put phone off the hook. Mc Donalds headcorders should check it out.
