I ordered two happy meals from the drive thru and took my order home. When I got home, I noticed I was given the 4 piece nuggets instead of the 6 piece I ordered. I called McDonald's and explained what happened and they said I would have to drive back there to exchange it. Because I had two hungry kids, I asked if I could give them my receipt number and come back later that day for a partial refund and they said no. So essentially, their mistake was at my cost. And according to McDonald's management, it's up to the customer to check the work of the McDonald's employee before leaving the drive thru. So next time you decide to go to McDonald's, you are supposed to hold up the drive thru as you check the work of their employees. Bottom line... DO NOT GO TO THE REEDLEY MCDONALD'S.
