Can't change address online/phone due to verification issues. SSA told me I don't need to make an appointment to change just my address, but I was trying to just in case they deny me entrance, but the line is always busy. How do i make an appt?

Yeah it is hard to get through it happened to me to and you have to hang up and call back all the time then a voice message come and tell you the phone line be busy.
