I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV for 27 years, but currently living in Phoenix, AZ. Unfortunately, my social security card was either stolen or lost. How do I go about getting a new one if I only have my birth certificate??

All You need is a current I.D. In Las Vegas, just go to the ss office and apply for a new one. You will get it in the mail in about 2 weeks, I got mine in a week.
