After reading a few of the answers. I would like to say. Thank you for helping with the information. Obviously a disgruntle employee giving information probably won’t be as accurate as you need. I responded to your review but wanted to make sure you received it. Deposit returns can take 1 to 10 business days. If it takes anywhere longer than that then obviously we need to find out what is going on. There is very rare occasions that that happens but I can’t say that it doesn’t because it actually does happen sometimes. I apologize for the inconvenience but please be assured that your deposit has been processed and is in transit to you. We have already checked on this to make sure. Please understand that we are a business And I’ve been doing this for over five years now. We have no intention of holding anybody’s deposit unless it is rightfully so, from damages, theft, or any other reason that that would happen. Unfortunately sometimes things do slip through the cracks. We do apologize.
Yeah it takes awhile but it comes.
They still owe me $132 for a scooter I never rented. I will be filing a small claims suit.
We had to wait for the refund 14 day's. It comes from a insurance company.
I think that the average time is 15 to 10 bussiness days for all bussiness refunds on your card.
This is tourist trap. They use fake policies to charge you extra fees for their already wrecked scooters
