I have been there several times over and over again and never once experienced any type of food poisoning. I will continue to go here every chance I get. I love M&F.
The best thing to do is share your concerns with management at the restaurant. If you're serious about the claim, contact the health board. They will investigate, which is better then posting public claims on food safety.

I do love the place too.. but I heard from a former cook saying that they "re-use" there dishes*
"cuz" is all anyone needs to hear to dispute the validity of your specious claims
